I love the little wrinkles at her ankles, but as I've seen others comment, it just needs a few more elsewhere. It's got the feeling of being literally painted on... I'm having trouble imagining how she'd even get dressed in it. Unless of course, it is sprayed on latex or something 0_o
Continuity is being broken with the fabric consistency, it stretches over the top of her boobs, but sinks into her butt crack? (and under her boobs, for that matter). It just doesn't behave uniformly, it's very distracting. Just smoothing out some of the fine details and skimming over deep creases will help give the illusion, without detracting from her silhouette.
It's all too easy to think of Zero Suit Samus being literally naked, but... well she is fully dressed. Give her that dignity, at least.
Or spray it on completely! Choose your extreme and go for it. Either she's naked, or not, because at the moment she's essentially naked except for her boobs. Just being painted blue doesn't mean she's dressed. I'd never leave the house to stomp space pirates with my vag hanging out like that. Just saying.
Forgive me, I'm in no way taking a dig at your skills.
I just geek out over Samus. She's one of the best female role models in games.
It's going nuts on her boobs, too, but not quite as badly.
